Certified Public Accountant - Managing PartnerCarolyn has over 30 years assisting business clients with her hands-on knowledge of accounting, operations, human resources, security, purchasing and administrative issues. She also possesses expertise in tax planning, tax regulations, and representation before the taxing authorities for individuals, entities, estates, and trusts. Carolyn has many years of service to NAWBO and other service organizations in Southern California, and lives in Valencia.
Matthew Denny
Certified Public AccountantMatthew brings 30 years experience in accounting information systems and other IT areas, as well as a broad range of experience in accounting, tax, and other services. He is a Past President of the Santa Clarita Rotary Club, and has had various other non-profit board and volunteer positions in the SCV. He lives in Valencia.
